Quran 23:102 — Surah Al-Mu'minun, ayah 102

فَمَن ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ

And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful
