Quran 12:103 — Surah Yusuf, ayah 103
وَمَآ أَكۡثَرُ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَوۡ حَرَصۡتَ بِمُؤۡمِنِينَ
And most of the people, although you strive [for it], are not believers
