Quran 10:96 — Surah Yunus, ayah 96

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Indeed, those upon whom the word of your Lord has come into effect will not believe
