Koran 7:88 — soera Al-A'raf, vers 88

۞قَالَ ٱلۡمَلَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ مِن قَوۡمِهِۦ لَنُخۡرِجَنَّكَ يَٰشُعَيۡبُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَكَ مِن قَرۡيَتِنَآ أَوۡ لَتَعُودُنَّ فِي مِلَّتِنَاۚ قَالَ أَوَلَوۡ كُنَّا كَٰرِهِينَ

De leiders van degenen die arrogant onder hun mensen waren zeiden: “Wij zullen je zeker uit onze stad, verdrijven O Shoe’aib en ook degenen die in jou geloofden, tenzij jullie tot onze godsdienst terugkeren.” Hij zei: “Ook als we daar afkeer van hebben!”
