Koran 7:70 — soera Al-A'raf, vers 70

قَالُوٓاْ أَجِئۡتَنَا لِنَعۡبُدَ ٱللَّهَ وَحۡدَهُۥ وَنَذَرَ مَا كَانَ يَعۡبُدُ ءَابَآؤُنَا فَأۡتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَآ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ

Zij zeiden: “Jij bent tot ons gekomen, zodat wij alleen Allah zouden aanbidden en zouden verzaken wat onze voorouders aanbaden. Breng ons datgene waarmee je ons bedreigd hebt, als je waarachtig bent.”

They said, "Have you come to us that we should worship Allah alone and leave what our fathers have worshipped? Then bring us what you promise us, if you should be of the truthful
