Koran 6:2 — soera Al-An'am, vers 2

هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن طِينٖ ثُمَّ قَضَىٰٓ أَجَلٗاۖ وَأَجَلٞ مُّسَمًّى عِندَهُۥۖ ثُمَّ أَنتُمۡ تَمۡتَرُونَ

Hij is het die jullie van klei heeft geschapen en dan een vastgesteld termijn heeft vastgesteld. En daar is met Hem een ander bepaald termijn, maar jullie twijfelen.

It is He who created you from clay and then decreed a term and a specified time [known] to Him; then [still] you are in dispute

• Hilali & Khan: He it is Who has created you from clay, and then has decreed a (stated) term (for you to die). And there is with Him another determined term (for you to be resurrected), yet you doubt (in the Resurrection).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): It is He Who created you from clay, then decreed a term [for your life], and another term [for resurrection] known only to Him – yet you still doubt.
