Koran 59:17 — soera Al-Hashr, vers 17

فَكَانَ عَٰقِبَتَهُمَآ أَنَّهُمَا فِي ٱلنَّارِ خَٰلِدَيۡنِ فِيهَاۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَـٰٓؤُاْ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

Het einde van hen beiden zal zijn dat zij in het vuur zullen verkeren, daarin verblijvend. Dat is de vergelding van de onrechtvaardigen.

So the outcome for both of them is that they will be in the Fire, abiding eternally therein. And that is the recompense of the wrong-doers

• Hilali & Khan: So the end of both will be that they will be in the Fire, abiding therein. Such is the recompense of the Zâlimûn (i.e. polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers in Allâh and in His Oneness).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): So they will both end up in the Fire, abiding therein forever. That is the recompense of the wrongdoers.
