Koran 45:35 — soera Al-Jathiyah, vers 35

ذَٰلِكُم بِأَنَّكُمُ ٱتَّخَذۡتُمۡ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوٗا وَغَرَّتۡكُمُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۚ فَٱلۡيَوۡمَ لَا يُخۡرَجُونَ مِنۡهَا وَلَا هُمۡ يُسۡتَعۡتَبُونَ

Dit omdat jullie de openbaringen van Allah als spotternij zagen en het leven van de wereld heeft jullie bedrogen. Dus deze dag zullen jullie niet uit de hel gehaald worden noch zullen zij naar het wereldlijke leven terugkeren zodat zij Allah berouw kunnen tonen en hen om Zijn vergeving voor hun zonden kunnen smeken.

That is because you took the verses of Allah in ridicule, and worldly life deluded you." So that Day they will not be removed from it, nor will they be asked to appease [Allah]

• Hilali & Khan: This, because you took the revelations of Allâh (this Qur’ân) in mockery, and the life of the world deceived you. So this Day, they shall not be taken out from there (Hell), nor shall they be returned to the worldly life, (so that they repent to Allâh, and beg His Pardon for their sins).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): That is because you took Allah’s verses in ridicule, and were deluded by the life of this world.” So Today they will not be taken out of it, nor will they be asked to make amends.
