Koran 3:173 — soera Ali 'Imran, vers 173

ٱلَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ قَدۡ جَمَعُواْ لَكُمۡ فَٱخۡشَوۡهُمۡ فَزَادَهُمۡ إِيمَٰنٗا وَقَالُواْ حَسۡبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡوَكِيلُ

Die (hypocrieten) die tegen de mensen zeggen: “Waarlijk, de mensen hebben zich tegen jullie verzameld, vrees hen daarom.” Maar het deed hen (slechts) vermeerderen in het geloof en zij zeiden: “Allah (alleen) is ons voldoende en Hij is de beste Bewindvoerder aangaande onze (af te handelen) zaken.”

Those to whom hypocrites said, "Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them." But it [merely] increased them in faith, and they said, "Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs

• Hilali & Khan: Those (i.e. believers) unto whom the people (hypocrites) said, "Verily, the people (pagans) have gathered against you (a great army), therefore, fear them." But it (only) increased them in Faith, and they said: "Allâh (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)."
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): those to whom people said, “Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them.” But it only increased them in faith, and they said, “Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the best Protector.”
