Koran 29:21 — soera Al-'Ankabut, vers 21

يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ

Hij straft wie Hij wil en Hij toont genade aan wie Hij wil en tot Hem zullen jullie terugkeren.

He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned
