Koran 22:66 — soera Al-Hajj, vers 66

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡيَاكُمۡ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمۡ ثُمَّ يُحۡيِيكُمۡۗ إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَكَفُورٞ

Hij is het, Die jullie het leven gaf en ervoor zal zorgen dat jullie sterven en opnieuw geeft Hij jullie het leven. Waarlijk! De mens is zeker ondankbaar.

And He is the one who gave you life; then He causes you to die and then will [again] give you life. Indeed, mankind is ungrateful
