Koran 22:55 — soera Al-Hajj, vers 55

وَلَا يَزَالُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي مِرۡيَةٖ مِّنۡهُ حَتَّىٰ تَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱلسَّاعَةُ بَغۡتَةً أَوۡ يَأۡتِيَهُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمٍ عَقِيمٍ

En degenen die ongelovig zijn zullen niet stoppen om hierover te twijfelen tot het Uur plotseling over hen gekomen is of er komt tot hen de Bestraffing van de Dag waarna er geen vruchten meer zijn.(omdat alle goede daden dan niet meer van nut zullen zijn).

But those who disbelieve will not cease to be in doubt of it until the Hour comes upon them unexpectedly or there comes to them the punishment of a barren Day
