Koran 2:95 — soera Al-Baqarah, vers 95

وَلَن يَتَمَنَّوۡهُ أَبَدَۢا بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَيۡدِيهِمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

Maar zij zullen er nooit naar verlangen vanwege wat hun handen vooruit hebben gestuurd. En Allah is alwetend over de onrechtvaardigen.

But they will never wish for it, ever, because of what their hands have put forth. And Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers

• Hilali & Khan: But they will never long for it because of what their hands have sent before them (i.e. what they have done). And Allâh is All-Aware of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): But they will never wish for that because of what their hands have sent forth. And Allah is All-Knowing of the wrongdoers.
