Koran 2:78 — soera Al-Baqarah, vers 78

وَمِنۡهُمۡ أُمِّيُّونَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ إِلَّآ أَمَانِيَّ وَإِنۡ هُمۡ إِلَّا يَظُنُّونَ

En onder hen zijn ongeletterde mensen, die het boek niet kennen, maar zij leggen hun hoop in valse verlangens en zij doen niet anders dan gissen.

And among them are unlettered ones who do not know the Scripture except in wishful thinking, but they are only assuming
