Koran 16:124 — soera An-Nahl, vers 124

إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ ٱلسَّبۡتُ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِۚ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَيَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ فِيمَا كَانُواْ فِيهِ يَخۡتَلِفُونَ

De Sabbat is slechts voorgeschreven aan degenen die daarover van mening verschilden en waarlijk, jullie Heer zal tussen hen op de Dag der Opstanding oordelen over datgene waarover zij van mening verschilden.

The sabbath was only appointed for those who differed over it. And indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ
