Koran 13:39 — soera Ar-Ra'd, vers 39

يَمۡحُواْ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثۡبِتُۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ

En Allah wijzigt wat Hij wil en bevestigt (wat Hij wil). En bij Hem is de Moeder van het Boek.

Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book
