Coran 58:7 — sourate Al-Mujadila, verset 7

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ مَا يَكُونُ مِن نَّجۡوَىٰ ثَلَٰثَةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ رَابِعُهُمۡ وَلَا خَمۡسَةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ سَادِسُهُمۡ وَلَآ أَدۡنَىٰ مِن ذَٰلِكَ وَلَآ أَكۡثَرَ إِلَّا هُوَ مَعَهُمۡ أَيۡنَ مَا كَانُواْۖ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا عَمِلُواْ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ

Ne sais-tu pas qu’Allah connaît parfaitement tout ce qui se trouve dans les cieux et sur la terre ? Il n’est pas trois personnes discutant secrètement qu’Il n’en soit le quatrième, ni cinq qu’Il n’en soit le sixième, ni un groupe plus ou moins nombreux, qu’Il ne soit avec eux où qu’ils se trouvent. Puis le Jour de la résurrection, Il leur rappellera leurs œuvres. Allah a une parfaite connaissance de toute chose.

Have you not considered that Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is on the earth? There is in no private conversation three but that He is the fourth of them, nor are there five but that He is the sixth of them - and no less than that and no more except that He is with them [in knowledge] wherever they are. Then He will inform them of what they did, on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allah is, of all things, Knowing

• Noor International Center (fr): Ne vois-tu pas qu’Allah Sait ce qu’il y a dans les cieux et sur terre ? Il n’est point de confidence entre trois (personnes) sans qu’Il n’en soit le quatrième ; ni entre cinq sans qu’Il n’en soit le sixième. Qu’il s’agisse de moins (d’individus) ou de plus, Il sera toujours avec eux où qu’ils soient. Puis, au Jour de la Résurrection, Il les informera de ce qu’ils auront fait. Allah Sait parfaitement Toute chose.
• Hilali & Khan: Have you not seen that Allâh knows whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth? There is no Najwâ (secret counsel) of three but He is their fourth (with His Knowledge, while He Himself is over the Throne, over the seventh heaven), nor of five but He is their sixth (with His Knowledge), nor of less than that or more but He is with them (with His Knowledge) wheresoever they may be. And afterwards on the Day of Resurrection He will inform them of what they did. Verily, Allâh is the All-Knower of everything.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Do you not see that Allah knows all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth? No secret consultation takes place between three, but He is their fourth, or between five, but He is their sixth, or between fewer or more than that, but He is with them wherever they may be. Then He will inform them of what they did on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing of everything.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 58:7

Ô Messager, ne vois-tu pas qu’Allah voit ce qui est dans les Cieux et sur la Terre? Rien de ce qui s’y trouve ne Lui est inconnu. Il n’existe pas de conversation secrète entre trois personnes sans qu’Il ne soit le quatrième, par Sa connaissance de ce qu’ils disent, ni de cinq personnes, sans qu’Il ne soit le sixième par Sa connaissance de ce qu’ils disent, ni moins ou plus que ce nombre de personnes, sans qu’Il ne soit avec eux par la connaissance, et qu'il ne sache ce qu’ils disent. Rien de ce qu’ils disent ne Lui échappe puis, le Jour de la Résurrection, Il les informera de ce qu’ils faisaient. Allah est connaisseur de toute chose et rien ne Lui échappe.
