Coran 5:33 — sourate Al-Ma'idah, verset 33

إِنَّمَا جَزَـٰٓؤُاْ ٱلَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَيَسۡعَوۡنَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَسَادًا أَن يُقَتَّلُوٓاْ أَوۡ يُصَلَّبُوٓاْ أَوۡ تُقَطَّعَ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَأَرۡجُلُهُم مِّنۡ خِلَٰفٍ أَوۡ يُنفَوۡاْ مِنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ ذَٰلِكَ لَهُمۡ خِزۡيٞ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ وَلَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ

Il ne peut y avoir d’autre peine pour ceux qui, en provoquant des troubles sur terre, déclarent la guerre à Allah et Son Messager que d’être impitoyablement mis à mort ou crucifiés, ou d’avoir la main coupée, ainsi que le pied opposé, ou encore d’être bannis de leur patrie. Telle est l’ignominie à laquelle ils seront exposés ici-bas, avant de subir d’affreux tourments dans l’au-delà.

Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment

• Noor International Center (fr): La sanction de ceux qui font la guerre à Allah et à Son Messager, qui s’emploient à semer la corruption sur terre, est d’être eux-mêmes mis à mort ou crucifiés, d’avoir les mains et les pieds coupés par croisement, ou d’être bannis du pays. Telle est l’infamie (dont ils seront marqués) en ce bas monde, et ils auront dans l’autre un terrible supplice,
• Hilali & Khan: The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off from opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): The penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and spread corruption in the land, is that they should be executed, or crucified, or their hands and feet amputated on opposite sides, or banished from the land. This is a disgrace for them in this world, and for them in the Hereafter, there will be a great punishment.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 5:33

Ceux qui combattent Allah et Son Messager et répandent la corruption sur Terre par le meurtre, la spoliation d’autrui et le banditisme, s’exposent aux châtiments suivants: ils seront soit simplement tués, soit tués puis crucifiés sur une planche, soit amputés de la main droite et du pied gauche coupés (en cas de récidive, on ampute les membres restants), soit exilés. Ce châtiment est pour eux une source d’opprobre ici-bas et ils auront également un châtiment terrible dans l’au-delà.
