Coran 41:16 — sourate Fussilat, verset 16

فَأَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ رِيحٗا صَرۡصَرٗا فِيٓ أَيَّامٖ نَّحِسَاتٖ لِّنُذِيقَهُمۡ عَذَابَ ٱلۡخِزۡيِ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ أَخۡزَىٰۖ وَهُمۡ لَا يُنصَرُونَ

Nous avons alors suscité contre eux, durant des jours funestes, un vent violent et glacial, leur faisant goûter un châtiment humiliant ici-bas, avant de leur infliger dans l’au-delà des tourments bien plus avilissants dont nul ne pourra les sauver.

So We sent upon them a screaming wind during days of misfortune to make them taste the punishment of disgrace in the worldly life; but the punishment of the Hereafter is more disgracing, and they will not be helped

• Noor International Center (fr): Nous envoyâmes alors sur eux un vent impétueux et glacial durant des jours néfastes, pour leur faire goûter le supplice de l’humiliation dans ce bas monde. Or, le supplice de l’autre monde est autrement plus humiliant, et ils ne seront point secourus.
• Hilali & Khan: So We sent upon them a furious wind in days of evil omen (for them) that We might give them a taste of disgracing torment in this present worldly life. But surely the torment of the Hereafter will be more disgracing, and they will never be helped.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): So We sent against them a roaring wind for several inauspicious days to make them taste a disgracing punishment in the life of this world, but the punishment of the Hereafter is far more disgracing, and they will not be helped.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 41:16

Nous envoyâmes alors sur eux un vent produisant un bruit assourdissant durant les jours funestes où le châtiment s’abattit sur eux, afin que Nous leur fassions goûter à un supplice déshonorant dans la vie de ce bas monde, et le châtiment de l’au-delà sera encore plus déshonorant et ils ne trouveront personne pour les secourir et les en sauver.
