Coran 3:91 — sourate Ali 'Imran, verset 91

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَمَاتُواْ وَهُمۡ كُفَّارٞ فَلَن يُقۡبَلَ مِنۡ أَحَدِهِم مِّلۡءُ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ذَهَبٗا وَلَوِ ٱفۡتَدَىٰ بِهِۦٓۗ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّـٰصِرِينَ

De ceux qui renient la foi et meurent en mécréants, nul rachat ne sera accepté, quand bien même ils offriraient tout l’or du monde. Voilà ceux qui sont voués à un douloureux châtiment et que nul ne pourra sauver.

Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - never would the [whole] capacity of the earth in gold be accepted from one of them if he would [seek to] ransom himself with it. For those there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers

Autres traductions 3:91

• Noor International Center (fr): Ceux qui ont mécru et sont morts en mécréants, nul rachat ne sera accepté d’aucun d’eux, fût-ce tout l’or qui remplirait la terre. Ceux-là auront un terrible supplice et ils n’auront pas d’alliés.
• Hilali & Khan: Verily, those who disbelieved, and died while they were disbelievers, the (whole) earth full of gold will not be accepted from anyone of them even if they offered it as a ransom. For them is a painful torment and they will have no helpers.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Those who disbelieve and die as disbelievers, even an earth full of gold will never be accepted from any of them, if offered as ransom. For such people there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 3:91

Il ne sera accepté à aucun de ceux qui mécroient et meurent mécréants d’échanger une quantité d’or aussi énorme que le poids de la Terre contre l’annulation de leur châtiment en Enfer. Ce sont ceux qui auront un châtiment douloureux et ils ne trouveront point de secoureur le Jour de la Résurrection afin d’éloigner d’eux le supplice
