Coran 16:88 — sourate An-Nahl, verset 88

ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ زِدۡنَٰهُمۡ عَذَابٗا فَوۡقَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُواْ يُفۡسِدُونَ

Mais, pour prix du mal qu’ils répandaient sur terre, Nous redoublerons le châtiment de ceux qui auront rejeté la foi et détourné les hommes de Notre voie.

Those who disbelieved and averted [others] from the way of Allah - We will increase them in punishment over [their] punishment for what corruption they were causing

• Noor International Center (fr): À ceux qui ont mécru et se sont mis en travers du chemin d’Allah, Nous ajouterons supplice sur supplice pour la corruption qu’ils semaient (de par le monde).
• Hilali & Khan: Those who disbelieved and hinder (men) from the Path of Allâh, for them We will add torment to the torment because they used to spread corruption [by disobeying Allâh themselves, as well as ordering others (mankind) to do so].
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Those who disbelieve and prevent others from the way of Allah, We will add punishment to their punishment for the corruption they used to spread.

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 16:88

En plus du châtiment mérité pour leur mécréance, Nous ferons subir d’autres supplices à ceux qui ont mécru en Allah et ont détourné autrui de Son chemin puisqu’ils étaient eux-mêmes corrompus et corrupteurs.
