Coran 11:97 — sourate Hud, verset 97

إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ فِرۡعَوۡنَۖ وَمَآ أَمۡرُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ بِرَشِيدٖ

à Pharaon et aux grands d’Egypte qui suivirent aveuglément les ordres de Pharaon. Or, les ordres de Pharaon ne pouvaient que les conduire à la perdition.

To Pharaoh and his establishment, but they followed the command of Pharaoh, and the command of Pharaoh was not [at all] discerning

Tafsir (explication) de ce verset 11:97

Nous l’avons envoyé à Pharaon et aux nobles de son peuple, mais ces derniers suivirent l’ordre donné par Pharaon de mécroire en Allah. Alors même que l’ordre de Pharaon n’avait rien de judicieux à être suivi.
