Koran 9:47 — Sure At-Tawbah, Vers 47

لَوۡ خَرَجُواْ فِيكُم مَّا زَادُوكُمۡ إِلَّا خَبَالٗا وَلَأَوۡضَعُواْ خِلَٰلَكُمۡ يَبۡغُونَكُمُ ٱلۡفِتۡنَةَ وَفِيكُمۡ سَمَّـٰعُونَ لَهُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

Wenn sie mit euch hinausgezogen wären, hätten sie euch nur Verwirrung gebracht und wären unter euch fürwahr umhergelaufen im Trachten danach, euch der Versuchung auszusetzen. Und unter euch gibt es manche, die immer (wieder) auf sie horchen. Und Allah weiß über die Ungerechten Bescheid.

Had they gone forth with you, they would not have increased you except in confusion, and they would have been active among you, seeking [to cause] you fitnah. And among you are avid listeners to them. And Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Wenn sie mit euch hinausgezogen wären, hätten sie euch nur Unheil (und Verderben) gebracht und wären ja unter euch umhergelaufen im Trachten danach, euch der Versuchung auszusetzen. Und unter euch gibt es manche, die immer (wieder) auf sie horchen. Doch Allah ist wissend über die Ungerechten.
• Hilali & Khan: Had they marched out with you, they would have added to you nothing except disorder, and they would have hurried about in your midst (spreading corruption) and sowing sedition among you - and there are some among you who would have listened to them. And Allâh is the All-Knower of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): If they had gone forth with you, they would have only increased you in disorder and would have scurried around, sowing discord among you, and some of you would have listened to them. And Allah is All-Knowing of the wrongdoers.
