Koran 9:107 — Sure At-Tawbah, Vers 107

وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُواْ مَسۡجِدٗا ضِرَارٗا وَكُفۡرٗا وَتَفۡرِيقَۢا بَيۡنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَإِرۡصَادٗا لِّمَنۡ حَارَبَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ مِن قَبۡلُۚ وَلَيَحۡلِفُنَّ إِنۡ أَرَدۡنَآ إِلَّا ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۖ وَٱللَّهُ يَشۡهَدُ إِنَّهُمۡ لَكَٰذِبُونَ

Und (es) gibt (auch) diejenigen, die sich eine Gebetsstätte genommen haben in der Absicht der Schädigung und aus Unglauben und zur Spaltung der Gläubigen und zur Beobachtung für denjenigen, der zuvor gegen Allah und Seinen Gesandten Krieg geführt hat. Sie werden ganz gewiß schwören: Wir haben nur das Beste gewollt. Doch Allah bezeugt, daß sie fürwahr Lügner sind.

And [there are] those [hypocrites] who took for themselves a mosque for causing harm and disbelief and division among the believers and as a station for whoever had warred against Allah and His Messenger before. And they will surely swear, "We intended only the best." And Allah testifies that indeed they are liars

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Und (es) gibt (auch) diejenigen, die sich eine Gebetsstätte genommen haben (und dies) mit der Absicht der Schädigung und aus Unglauben und zur Spaltung der Gläubigen und zur Beobachtung für denjenigen, der zuvor gegen Allah und Seinen Gesandten Krieg geführt hat. Sie werden ganz gewiss schwören: „Wir haben ja nur das Beste gewollt.“ Doch Allah bezeugt, dass sie fürwahr Lügner sind.
• Hilali & Khan: And as for those who put up a mosque by way of harm and disbelief and to disunite the believers and as an outpost for those who warred against Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) aforetime, they will indeed swear that their intention is nothing but good. Allâh bears witness that they are certainly liars.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): There are those [hypocrites] who built a mosque to cause harm, promote disbelief and create division among the believers, and as a base for those who had previously fought against Allah and His Messenger. They will surely swear, “We intend nothing but good,” but Allah testifies that they are indeed liars.
