Koran 89:11 — Sure Al-Fajr, Vers 11

ٱلَّذِينَ طَغَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ

die (sie alle) das Maß (an Frevel) in den Landstrichen überschritten

[All of] whom oppressed within the lands
