Koran 85:13 — Sure Al-Buruj, Vers 13

إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبۡدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ

Gewiß, Er macht den Anfang und läßt wiederkehren.

Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats
