Koran 7:152 — Sure Al-A'raf, Vers 152

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُواْ ٱلۡعِجۡلَ سَيَنَالُهُمۡ غَضَبٞ مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ وَذِلَّةٞ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَاۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُفۡتَرِينَ

Gewiß, diejenigen, die sich das Kalb nahmen, wird Zorn von ihrem Herrn und Erniedrigung im diesseitigen Leben ereilen. So vergelten Wir denen, die Lügen ersinnen.

Indeed, those who took the calf [for worship] will obtain anger from their Lord and humiliation in the life of this world, and thus do We recompense the inventors [of falsehood]

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Wahrlich, diejenigen, die sich das Kalb (als einen Angebeteten) nahmen, wird Zorn von ihrem Herrn und Erniedrigung im diesseitigen Leben ereilen. Und auf diese Weise vergelten Wir denen, die Lügen ersinnen.
• Hilali & Khan: Certainly, those who took the calf (for worship), wrath from their Lord and humiliation will come upon them in the life of this world. Thus do We recompense those who invent lies.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): As for those who took the calf for worship, they will certainly be afflicted with wrath from their Lord and disgrace in the life of this world. This is how We recompense those who invent falsehood.
