Koran 53:43 — Sure An-Najm, Vers 43

وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ

und daß Er es ist, Der lachen und weinen läßt,

And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep
