Koran 51:19 — Sure Adh-Dhariyat, Vers 19

وَفِيٓ أَمۡوَٰلِهِمۡ حَقّٞ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلۡمَحۡرُومِ

und (sie gestanden) an ihrem Besitz dem Bettler und dem Unbemittelten ein Anrecht (zu).

• Hilali & Khan: And in their properties there was the right of the Sâ’il (the beggar who asks) and the Mahrûm (the poor who does not ask others).
