Koran 5:96 — Sure Al-Ma'idah, Vers 96

أُحِلَّ لَكُمۡ صَيۡدُ ٱلۡبَحۡرِ وَطَعَامُهُۥ مَتَٰعٗا لَّكُمۡ وَلِلسَّيَّارَةِۖ وَحُرِّمَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ صَيۡدُ ٱلۡبَرِّ مَا دُمۡتُمۡ حُرُمٗاۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِيٓ إِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ

Erlaubt sind euch die Jagdtiere des Meeres und (all) das Eßbare aus ihm als Nießbrauch für euch und für die Reisenden; doch verboten ist euch die Jagd auf die Landtiere, solange ihr im Zustand der Pilgerweihe seid. Und fürchtet Allah, zu Dem ihr versammelt werdet.

Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and the travelers, but forbidden to you is game from the land as long as you are in the state of ihram. And fear Allah to whom you will be gathered

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Erlaubt sind euch die Jagdtiere des Meeres und (all) das Essbare aus ihm als Nießbrauch für euch und für die Reisenden; doch verboten ist euch die Jagd auf die Landtiere, solange ihr im Ihram-Zustand seid. Und fürchtet Allah, zu Dem ihr versammelt werdet.
• Hilali & Khan: Lawful to you is (the pursuit of) water-game and its use for food - for the benefit of yourselves and those who travel, but forbidden is (the pursuit of) land-game as long as you are in a state of Ihrâm (for Hajj or ‘Umrah). And fear Allâh to Whom you shall be gathered back.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): It is lawful for you to catch and eat seafood, as a provision for you and for the travelers. But hunting land animals is forbidden to you as long as you are on pilgrimage. And fear Allah to Whom you will be gathered.
