Koran 46:24 — Sure Al-Ahqaf, Vers 24

فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡهُ عَارِضٗا مُّسۡتَقۡبِلَ أَوۡدِيَتِهِمۡ قَالُواْ هَٰذَا عَارِضٞ مُّمۡطِرُنَاۚ بَلۡ هُوَ مَا ٱسۡتَعۡجَلۡتُم بِهِۦۖ رِيحٞ فِيهَا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٞ

Als sie es als sich ausbreitende Wolke sahen, die auf ihre Täler zukam, sagten sie: Das ist eine sich ausbreitende Wolke, die uns Regen bringt. - Nein! Vielmehr ist es das, was ihr zu beschleunigen gewünscht habt: ein Wind, in dem es schmerzhafte Strafe gibt,

And when they saw it as a cloud approaching their valleys, they said, "This is a cloud bringing us rain!" Rather, it is that for which you were impatient: a wind, within it a painful punishment

• Hilali & Khan: Then, when they saw it as a dense cloud coming towards their valleys, they said: "This is a cloud bringing us rain!" Nay, but it is that (torment) which you were asking to be hastened - a wind wherein is a painful torment!
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): When they saw it as a cloud approaching their valleys, they said, “This is a cloud bringing us rain.” [Hūd said,] No, it is what you sought to hasten – a wind bearing a painful punishment.
