Koran 4:33 — Sure An-Nisa, Vers 33

وَلِكُلّٖ جَعَلۡنَا مَوَٰلِيَ مِمَّا تَرَكَ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ عَقَدَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡ فَـَٔاتُوهُمۡ نَصِيبَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدًا

Einem jeden haben Wir Erbberechtigte bestimmt für das, was die Eltern und nächsten Verwandten hinterlassen. Denjenigen, mit denen eure rechte Hand eine Abmachung getroffen hat, gebt ihnen ihren Anteil. Allah ist über alles Zeuge.

And for all, We have made heirs to what is left by parents and relatives. And to those whom your oaths have bound [to you] - give them their share. Indeed Allah is ever, over all things, a Witness

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Und einem jeden haben Wir Erbberechtigte bestimmt für das, was die (beiden) Eltern und nächsten Verwandten hinterlassen. Diejenigen, mit denen eure rechte Hand eine Abmachung getroffen hat, so gebt ihnen ihren Anteil. Wahrlich, Allah ist über alles Zeuge.
• Hilali & Khan: And to everyone, We have appointed heirs of that (property) left by parents and relatives. To those also with whom you have made a pledge (brotherhood), give them their due portion (by Wasiyyah - will). Truly, Allâh is Ever a Witness over all things.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): For everyone We have appointed heirs to what parents and close relatives leave behind. As for those to whom you have made a pledge, give them their share. Indeed, Allah is Witness over all things.
