Koran 31:6 — Sure Luqman, Vers 6

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَشۡتَرِي لَهۡوَ ٱلۡحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٖ وَيَتَّخِذَهَا هُزُوًاۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ عَذَابٞ مُّهِينٞ

Unter den Menschen gibt es manchen, der zerstreuende Unterhaltung erkauft, um (die Menschen) von Allahs Weg ohne (richtiges) Wissen in die Irre zu führen und sich über ihn lustig zu machen. Für solche wird es schmachvolle Strafe geben.

And of the people is he who buys the amusement of speech to mislead [others] from the way of Allah without knowledge and who takes it in ridicule. Those will have a humiliating punishment

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Und unter den Menschen gibt es manchen, der abhaltende Unterhaltung erkauft, um (die Menschen) vom Weg Allahs ohne (richtiges) Wissen in die Irre zu führen und über ihn (also Allahs Weg) zu spotten. Für jene (Leute) ist schmachvolle Strafe bestimmt.
• Hilali & Khan: And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allâh without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allâh, or the Verses of the Qur’ân) by way of mockery. For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): There are some people who engage in a discourse of amusements in order to lead people away from the way of Allah without knowledge, and to make a mockery of it. For such there will be a humiliating punishment.
