Koran 3:93 — Sure Ali 'Imran, Vers 93

۞كُلُّ ٱلطَّعَامِ كَانَ حِلّٗا لِّبَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ إِلَّا مَا حَرَّمَ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلُ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِهِۦ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تُنَزَّلَ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةُۚ قُلۡ فَأۡتُواْ بِٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةِ فَٱتۡلُوهَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

Alle Speisen waren den Kindern Isra’ils erlaubt außer dem, was Isra’il sich selbst verbot, bevor die Tora offenbart wurde. Sag: Bringt doch die Tora bei und verlest sie dann, wenn ihr wahrhaftig seid.

All food was lawful to the Children of Israel except what Israel had made unlawful to himself before the Torah was revealed. Say, [O Muhammad], "So bring the Torah and recite it, if you should be truthful

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Alle Speisen waren den Kindern Israils erlaubt außer dem, was Israil sich selbst verboten hatte, bevor die Thora offenbart wurde. Sag: „Bringt doch die Thora bei und verlest sie dann, wenn ihr wahrhaftig seid.“
• Hilali & Khan: All food was lawful to the Children of Israel, except what Israel made unlawful for himself before the Taurât (Torah) was revealed. Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Bring here the Taurât (Torah) and recite it, if you are truthful."
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): All food was permissible for the Children of Israel except what Israel [i.e., Jacob] made impermissible for himself before the Torah was sent down. Say, “Bring the Torah and recite it, if you are truthful.”
