Koran 3:83 — Sure Ali 'Imran, Vers 83

أَفَغَيۡرَ دِينِ ٱللَّهِ يَبۡغُونَ وَلَهُۥٓ أَسۡلَمَ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ طَوۡعٗا وَكَرۡهٗا وَإِلَيۡهِ يُرۡجَعُونَ

Begehren sie denn eine andere als Allahs Religion, wo sich Ihm doch (jeder) ergeben hat, der in den Himmeln und auf der Erde ist, freiwillig oder widerwillig? Und zu Ihm werden sie zurückgebracht.

So is it other than the religion of Allah they desire, while to Him have submitted [all] those within the heavens and earth, willingly or by compulsion, and to Him they will be returned

• Hilali & Khan: Do they seek other than the religion of Allâh (the true Islâmic Monotheism - worshipping none but Allâh Alone), while to Him submitted all creatures in the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly. And to Him shall they all be returned.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Do they seek other than the religion of Allah, whereas to Him submit all those in the heavens and on earth, willingly or unwillingly, and to Him they will be returned?
