Koran 26:151 — Sure Ash-Shu'ara, Vers 151

وَلَا تُطِيعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ

Und gehorcht nicht dem Befehl der Maßlosen,

And do not obey the order of the transgressors
