Koran 18:97 — Sure Al-Kahf, Vers 97

فَمَا ٱسۡطَٰعُوٓاْ أَن يَظۡهَرُوهُ وَمَا ٱسۡتَطَٰعُواْ لَهُۥ نَقۡبٗا

So konnten sie ihn weder überwinden, noch konnten sie ihn durchbrechen.

So Gog and Magog were unable to pass over it, nor were they able [to effect] in it any penetration

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): So konnten sie (also Ya`juj und Ma`juj) ihn (also den Wall) weder überwinden, noch konnten sie ihn durchbrechen.
• Hilali & Khan: So they [Ya’jûj and Ma’jûj (Gog and Magog)] could not scale it or dig through it.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): Thus they could not climb over it nor could they pierce it.
