Koran 18:7 — Sure Al-Kahf, Vers 7

إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا مَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ زِينَةٗ لَّهَا لِنَبۡلُوَهُمۡ أَيُّهُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلٗا

Gewiß, Wir haben (alles), was auf der Erde ist, zu einem Schmuck für sie gemacht, um sie zu prüfen (und festzustellen), wer von ihnen die besten Taten begeht.

Indeed, We have made that which is on the earth adornment for it that We may test them [as to] which of them is best in deed

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Wahrlich, Wir haben, was auf der Erde ist, zu einem Schmuck für sie gemacht, um sie zu prüfen (und festzustellen), wer von ihnen die besten Taten verrichtet.
• Hilali & Khan: Verily! We have made that which is on earth as an adornment for it, in order that We may test them (mankind) as to which of them are best in deeds. [i.e. those who do good deeds in the most perfect manner, that means to do them (deeds) totally for Allâh’s sake and in accordance to the legal ways of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم].
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): We have made all that is on earth as an adornment for it, so that We may test them as to which of them is best in deeds.
