Koran 18:5 — Sure Al-Kahf, Vers 5

مَّا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنۡ عِلۡمٖ وَلَا لِأٓبَآئِهِمۡۚ كَبُرَتۡ كَلِمَةٗ تَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ أَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡۚ إِن يَقُولُونَ إِلَّا كَذِبٗا

Sie haben kein Wissen davon, und auch nicht ihre Väter. Welch schwerwiegendes Wort kommt aus ihren Mündern heraus. Sie sagen nichts als Lüge.

They have no knowledge of it, nor had their fathers. Grave is the word that comes out of their mouths; they speak not except a lie

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Sie haben kein Wissen davon, und auch nicht ihre Väter (davor). Welch schwerwiegendes Wort, das da aus ihren Mündern herauskommt. Sie sagen ja nichts als Lüge.
• Hilali & Khan: No knowledge have they of such a thing, nor had their fathers. Mighty is the word that comes out of their mouths [i.e. He begot sons and daughters]. They utter nothing but a lie.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): They have no knowledge of it, nor did their forefathers. What a monstrous word that comes out of their mouths! They say nothing but lies.
