Koran 17:72 — Sure Al-Isra, Vers 72

وَمَن كَانَ فِي هَٰذِهِۦٓ أَعۡمَىٰ فَهُوَ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ أَعۡمَىٰ وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلٗا

Und wer in diesem (Leben) blind ist, der wird (auch) im Jenseits blind und noch weiter vom Weg abgeirrt sein.

And whoever is blind in this [life] will be blind in the Hereafter and more astray in way

• Hilali & Khan: And whoever is blind in this world (i.e., does not see Allâh’s Signs and believes not in Him), will be blind in the Hereafter, and more astray from the Path.
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): But whoever was blind [from the truth] in this life will be even blinder in the Hereafter and further astray from the right way.
