Koran 16:89 — Sure An-Nahl, Vers 89

وَيَوۡمَ نَبۡعَثُ فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٖ شَهِيدًا عَلَيۡهِم مِّنۡ أَنفُسِهِمۡۖ وَجِئۡنَا بِكَ شَهِيدًا عَلَىٰ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِۚ وَنَزَّلۡنَا عَلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ تِبۡيَٰنٗا لِّكُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ وَبُشۡرَىٰ لِلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ

Und (gedenke) des Tages, da Wir in jeder Gemeinschaft einen Zeugen über sie aus ihren eigenen Reihen erwecken. Dich bringen Wir als Zeugen über diese da herbei. Und Wir haben dir das Buch offenbart als klare Darlegung von allem und als Rechtleitung, Barmherzigkeit und frohe Botschaft für die (Allah) Ergebenen.

And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect among every nation a witness over them from themselves. And We will bring you, [O Muhammad], as a witness over your nation. And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Und (gedenke) jenem Tag, da Wir in jeder Gemeinschaft einen Zeugen über sie aus ihren eigenen Reihen erwecken. Und Wir bringen dich als Zeugen über diese da herbei. Und Wir haben das Buch auf dich hinabgesandt (und offenbart) als klare Darlegung von allem und als Rechtleitung, Barmherzigkeit und frohe Botschaft für die (Allah ergebenen) Muslime.
• Hilali & Khan: And (remember) the Day when We shall raise up from every nation a witness against them from amongst themselves. And We shall bring you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) as a witness against these. And We have sent down to you the Book (the Qur’an) as an exposition of everything, a guidance, a mercy, and glad tidings for those who have submitted themselves (to Allâh as Muslims).
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): On the Day when We raise up against every community a witness from among themselves, We will bring you [O Prophet] as a witness against these [people]. We have sent down to you the Book as an explanation of everything, and as a guidance, mercy, and glad tidings for the Muslims.
