Koran 11:77 — Sure Hud, Vers 77

وَلَمَّا جَآءَتۡ رُسُلُنَا لُوطٗا سِيٓءَ بِهِمۡ وَضَاقَ بِهِمۡ ذَرۡعٗا وَقَالَ هَٰذَا يَوۡمٌ عَصِيبٞ

Und als Unsere Gesandten zu Lut kamen, geriet er ihretwegen in eine böse Lage und war durch ihre Anwesenheit beklommen. Er sagte: Das ist ein drangsalvoller Tag.

And when Our messengers, [the angels], came to Lot, he was anguished for them and felt for them great discomfort and said, "This is a trying day

• Rowwad Translation Center (de): Und als dann Unsere Gesandten zu Lut kamen, missfiel ihm ihre Ankunft und er war durch ihre Anwesenheit beklommen und sagte: „Das ist ein beschwerlicher Tag.“
• Hilali & Khan: And when Our messengers came to Lût (Lot), he was grieved on account of them and felt himself straitened for them (lest the town people should approach them to commit sodomy with them). He said: "This is a distressful day."
• Rowwad Translation Center (en): When Our messengers came to Lot, he was perturbed and felt troubled on their account, and said, “This is a distressing day.”
